How can I place an order?

You can place an order online, at our shop or over the phone.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made online (by credit card or bank transfer) and in person by cash.

• Credit/Debit Card: Payment can be made securely on our website via Paystack.
• Bank Transfer: You would receive an invoice once orders have been made and your order would be processed once the payment has been received.
• In person: You could also make payment in person for orders placed at our shop.

How much notice do I need to give for delivery of an order?

The delivery time frame varies, depending on the type of order. For our ‘ready to order’ items, you can have your order ready the following day. But ‘special creations’ will take longer based on your requirements. Please contact us to discuss.

How does the Next Day delivery work?

The next day delivery service is only available for the ‘Ready to order’ items. Also, payment will need to be received by 12 noon for the next day delivery to be applicable.

When will my order arrive?

For the ‘ready to order’ products displayed on the website, the order will usually be delivered the next day, following receipt of payment. Please let us know if you wish to delay delivery.

For the ‘special creations’, the delivery date will be agreed with you during the time of order.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No. There is no minimum amount.

How do I receive my order?

You can choose to collect the order from the shop or we deliver to you. We currently deliver to anywhere in Lagos.

What is the delivery charge?

There is a flat fee. For Lagos Mainland, it is N2,000 and Lagos Island, N3,5000
